5Screens that share one live queue
1TV board for the waiting room
The problem
A busy clinic runs on a receptionist’s memory. Who is next, who has paid, which doctor is free and how long the wait is. Patients ask the same question every ten minutes because nobody can see the queue.
What we built
Five screens that all read from one queue, kept in sync live.
- Reception checks patients in, issues tokens, takes payment and hands over prescriptions.
- The doctor’s room sees the queue, writes prescriptions, records vitals and pulls up history and reports.
- Appointments has a calendar and list view with slot management.
- Analytics shows revenue, patient counts, complaints, load by hour and the split between doctors.
- The TV board puts the current token on the waiting-room screen, full size.
Prescriptions and bills come out as PDFs. Reminders go out as pre-filled WhatsApp messages. If the internet drops, the desk keeps working from local storage.
