The brief
EDU Stay places students in hostels, PGs and flats around UPES in Kandoli and Bidholi, with no brokerage. Parents are the ones deciding, so the site has to be calm and plain: a room near UPES, without the broker.
What we built
The first version, in May 2026, was a property showcase with listings, galleries, filters, enquiry forms and an admin panel, so the team could add and edit listings without calling a developer.
In October it was redesigned and moved to edustay.org. Every property now has its own page with its own search title, social preview and structured data. The admin panel handles listings, images, ranking, price, tags, facilities and map links, and compresses photos on upload. There is a branded loader, skeleton screens and proper error states.
Getting found
We set up Google Analytics with a WhatsApp click tracked as a lead, verified the site in Search Console and shipped the sitemap and robots rules. The site footer links back to us.
