I lived in a hostel that ran on a paper register and one warden's memory. Stay Crow is the system it deserved.
Stay Crow puts hostel life and hostel operations on the same page. Residents raise requests, check dues, and read notices from their phone. Admins see rooms, people, money, and staff on one screen.

The Struggle
Complaints written in a notebook. Dues tracked on a whiteboard. Notices lost in a group chat of two hundred people. The people running it were doing their best with nothing.
The System
So I built Stay Crow. An app for the residents, a dashboard for the office, and one shared record underneath both.
What We Did
- A resident app for requests, dues, and notices
- One admin dashboard across rooms, residents, and staff
- Both sides reading from the same record
- Plain, calm interfaces a warden can learn in a day
Nothing disappears into a group chat. The office knows what is owed, what is broken, and who is in which room, without asking around.
