I lived in a hostel. Complaints on paper, dues in a notebook, updates lost in a group chat. The people running it were doing their best with nothing.
The system
So I built Stay Crow, one connected system: an app for residents and a single dashboard for admins, finally on the same page.
Overview
Stay Crow brings hostel life and hostel operations into one place. Residents get an app for the everyday stuff, and admins get a dashboard that shows them everything that matters.
What we did
- A resident app for requests, dues, and updates
- A unified admin dashboard across rooms, residents, and staff
- One connected system so both sides stay in sync
- Calm, clear interfaces on the app and the dashboard
Outcome
